1. About these terms

By opening and using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Both the English and Arabic versions of this page are published for convenience. In the event of any difference in meaning between the two, the Arabic version prevails, as it is the language of the courts in the State of Kuwait.

You may read these pages, print them and share links to them. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches the laws of the State of Kuwait;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• copy the content to present it as your own, or use it to build a competing offering;
• submit false information through the forms, or send us another person's details without their knowledge.

Search engines and AI assistants may crawl and index the site in accordance with our robots.txt file.

4. The live tracking demonstration

The tracking panel on the home page is a demonstration. It replays a sample route on a map to illustrate how dispatch works. It is not a shipment tracking service: the waybill number you type is not looked up anywhere, the vehicle shown is not a real vehicle, and the status and estimated time are illustrative.

To track a real shipment, contact us or the platform you ordered from.

5. Information on this website

We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date. Figures such as fleet size, workforce numbers, coverage, service levels and key performance indicators describe our operation at the time of publication and may change. They are indicative and are not a contractual promise unless repeated in a signed agreement.

The company profile may be downloaded and printed for the purpose of evaluating Makinzi as a supplier.

6. Quote requests

The quote form does not create any contract. It gathers the details you enter and opens a WhatsApp chat or an email so that you can send them to us. Sending a request places you under no obligation, and it does not oblige us to provide a service.

A binding arrangement exists only once we issue a written quotation or agreement and you accept it in writing. Prices shared in conversation remain valid for the period stated in that written quotation.

7. Job applications

Sending an application through the Join Us form is not an offer of employment and does not create any employment relationship. We are not obliged to reply to every application or to explain a decision.

You confirm that the information you give us is true and that any document you attach is genuinely yours. Employment, where offered, is governed by a separate contract and by the labour laws of the State of Kuwait.

8. Our delivery services

Nothing on this website is an offer to contract. Delivery, courier, cold-chain, cash-on-delivery, reverse logistics and manpower services are provided only under a written agreement, which sets out the scope, the prices, the service levels, the liability limits, the insurance arrangements and the duration.

Where the website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

9. Intellectual property

The Makinzi name, the eagle logo, the wording, the design and the company profile on this site belong to Makinzi Consumer Goods Delivery Company O.P.C and are protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the State of Kuwait.

You may not use our name or logo in your own materials, or copy substantial parts of this site, without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back to the source is fine.

10. Third-party links and names

This site links to services operated by others, including Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

The names and marks of clients, platforms and partners shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used to describe the networks Makinzi serves and the contracts it holds, and their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse Makinzi.

11. Availability and liability

The website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error free, or free of interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Makinzi is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of this website, from reliance on information published on it, or from its temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from them or from the use of this website falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
